Sleep

FIVE Tips to help you get that much needed REST each night.

1. Don't eat or drink at least one hour before going to bed.

2. Make sure your room is nice and dark and quiet -- don't even have your clock where you can see the time.

3. Don't use your room for other events..like having your office or exercise equipment in your bedroom. Your mind needs to get the sense it is a place to rest.

4. Keep your room cooler so that you can rest more peacefully..keeping it too warm and you will wake up during the night.

5. Have a comfortable pillow, and mattress. If your mattress is over 10 years old, look at getting a new one.

Sleep deprivation is one of the major causes of stress, loss of work time, health issues such as being irritable, tired, frustrated, and even affects your ability to lose weight.

So to your good health.
Until next time
